Mr Gilmores Primary 6 classroom was filled with loads of recyclable rubbish this week!
However, it was all for a good cause. The class have been studying the Apollo 11 moon landing and had been tasked with creating a capsule that would protect the astronauts when landing back on earth.
They had to add to their capsule something to slow its descent and also materials to lessen its impact with the ground!
1 team successfully created a capsule that protected all the eggs.
Great learning and ‘cracking fun’ was had!
