Today in class, we had a look at some news articles relating to what we have been learning this week.
First, we looked at an article about warmer winters. This linked to our new WAU topic of 'Weather Watchers'. We took a vote on warm or cold winters. Our class have been loving the cold weather and designing / wearing suitable winter outfits but we decided we would rather have a warm, sunny winter!
Next, we looked at New Year's celebrations around the world, with most of the class wishing to spend NYE in NYC! It was interesting to learn how other countries celebrate NYE. We choose some resolutions and have put them up in class as a reminder of our goals and intentions.
